Two day tour of Jerusalem at start of the season (Full season and First Half Season Participants only)
Excavation 5:00am-1:00pm, Monday through Friday with additional artifact processing and analysis in the afternoons
Weekly lecture series
Guided tours of archaeological sites on the weekends
Introduction to and training in archaeological method and theory as well as related disciplines including GIS (Geographic Information Systems), archaeobotany, zooarchaeology, osteology, microarchaeology, ceramics, and chipped stone

5:00 am - Work day begins

9:00 am - Breakfast in the field

9:30 am - Work resumes

1:00 pm - Lunch in the field

1:30 pm - Artifact processing and analysis

3:30 pm - Free time in Nahalal

6:00 pm - Lecture

7:00 pm - Dinner
